10/10 Been watching Panto tonight with friends and all our kids. We clapped, sang, shouted 'he's behind you' and 'oh no he didn't' etc...... kids got more and more embarassed by the minute so we did it some more (he! he!).
Oops just realised the time better go to bed now so that I am fully refreshed for Burns night tomorrow..... Growing old is inevitable..... but growing up is optional  |

Saturday - 10/10 Even though I got a parking ticket, the shoemender lost my expensive leather boots and I had to go buy some more then I broke the mirror whilst getting ready for Burns Night.

It was just a brilliant night. We danced until 2 when the DJ packed up, and we went home tired but smiling

I was a bit tired when I got up today (almost afternoon) but it was worth it. Today just about chilling again. I think I could of danced until forever!! I enjoyed some of the twizzing, got a bit dizzy at one point and had to sit down for a bit, but not for long as one of my favorite tunes came on so it was back on the dance floor!!

10/10 on a post Burns Night high! Not done any Scottish country dancing since schooldays! What fun and good exercise too! The 3 hour wait in casualty the night before is but a distant memory. And the night finished one hour later than expected so I got more fun in than anticipated.
Can't make Cadman's tonight so it's a night in with a bottle of wine and choccies so it's not all bad! |

Hmmm... pity there's nowt decent on TV... might have to take the cellophane off one of my DVDs bought ages ago. Choice of Dirty Dancing, Life of Brian and some Wallace and Gromit - have seen them all before though when they were on TV. 10/10 - Had really great time at Pigout with Better Late & Nutty, then went for more pigging out with my parents for an excellent lunch.

lol... diet since full English breakfast at Pig Out has consisted of a Snickers bar, a mug of coffee, a cup of tea and a slice of chocolate cake. Only 4/10 for me.
Probably a result of the late night last night, but the lurgy has been worse today. Shivers, sweats, the lot.  On a positive note I used it as a good excuse to have a lazy day. Had some nice texts that put me up to a 7/10, then some more that put me back to a 4/10 (blast from the past that I can do without) When I'm good I'm very, very good and when I'm bad I'm even better! |
